Our family had to make a tough decision in testing the paternity of a newborn. We had no idea where to go. I found this place and called. The woman on the phone was wonderful and answered all of my questions with respect and dignity. The test was mailed to my home. We sent it back and got the results much faster than we expected. I received a phone call with the results from someone professional and caring. I then received the test by email. If ever I needed to do this again I would not hesitate to use this lab.

The staff here was very caring about what was happening as to why you needed a DNA, they didn't ask why but if you told them they were very supporting. They follow up with you and are very personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

I found it very personable while also being highly customer service friendly that I was contacted by PHONE to inform me that my results were in. Which was promptly followed by an email.
