When I made the initial inquiry via phone I had many questions, every question was answered and I was very satisfied. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient because I asked the same question several times just for clarification and she answered it every time and even offered an explanation along with the answer. On the day of testing I was a little fustrated because the site where the appointment was scheduled computer system was down. Initially I was told that I could reschedule or have an extended wait time and even then it wasn't guaranteed the test would be done. However the 2 workers started making phone calls and within 15 minutes I was set to go to another site just 5 minutes away. Once we arrived at that site our wait time was less than 10 minutes and the test was performed. All of the workers I encountered were very professional and made the experience very pleasant. 3 days later I received a courtesy call informing me that the results were available by email. Overall, I have no complaints about this experience and would recommend the services to others.

Called and ordered the kit. Arrived the next day. Sent the swabs via FedEx. Received the results via email after 8 days I sent the swabs. Now, a peace of mind for life. Thank you guys for making this difficult process so easy and painless.

During our lives we sometimes get information about a loved one that is just too much to bare. By doing this test it relieved not only my depression, concern, thoughts and what if's; but it solidifies and calms the other party such as my son. Knowing now that 30 years of lies was actually true. But the deceit from which the information came from still remains.
