I spoke with Heather and Justin, I called a few times and had several questions before and after my testing. They were both very helpful and understanding. Heather took the time to explain my results to me and answer all the questions I had on how to read them. The lab I went to the woman was very nice and cheerful, which was definitely a help since I was nervous. I was in and out, maybe 10 minutes. My sister went to a different lab and her wait was longer, the woman doing the test was on break and then there was no film in the camera. My sister was there for 45 minutes. We were tested on a Monday and received our results on Thursday. I was very pleased with Testme.
