I just hope that the Grandparent DNA test is accurate and valid. My family is forever changed due to these results. Based on the test if the baby is not our grandson, then how can he be my son child. My son father is his father, there is no dispute there. We wanted to know, so now we have to live with the results, in which we are fine with but my son feels that the test is not right.

They gave me a appt the very next day and the experience was very good. It only took 3 to 5 days and fortunately our results came day 3. We were on the right track at the beginning of the process. We received our packets at separate locations within 2 business days of ordering. The collection process was easy to follow and we dropped our returned package at a FedEx location near us. 3 days later I called to confirm everything was going as planned as I was expecting to hear results that day. Come to find out they did have our kits it just took FedEx 3 days to get there! So instead of waiting 3 - 5 business days It has already been 8 days and I am still waiting to hear on results. A better estimate of time would be 7 - 10 days maybe? Like I mentioned I am still waiting and hope it doesn't take much longer. This is really the last thing you need when you're already stressed out over possible life changing news. I am sure this company is great at what they do on the lab side, I just thought people should know that delay's are very possible and the 3 - 5 day results are just not that accurate.
