Arendal 1528 Tower 8 speakers: Brilliant!

I recently invested in the 1528 Tower 8 speakers (with a leap of faith!) as my ultimate audio setup (endgame setup as they call it) and I am thrilled with the performance! The speakers deliver exceptionally clear and neutral sound quality which is impressive and pleasing, although I generally prefer a warmer tone. The bass is well-controlled yet punchy making for an engaging listening experience! (other components in the system are not very forgiving to an ordinary recording though).. Initially the high frequencies felt a bit too bright for my liking, but a quick tweak with Roon's EQ balanced everything to perfection. The customer service matched the quality of the product: responsive, helpful, and pleasantly humorous :).. also providing timely updates about the delivery. Aesthetically, the speakers are brilliant with their high quality HDF construction and a sleek, curved design in a rich basalt (gray). Overall I would rate these speakers a solid 4.8 or 4.9 out of 5. The slight EQ adjustment was a minor hiccup (and unfortunately a deal breaker :( ) in an otherwise flawless experience. p.s. am considering a tube pre-amp down the line to further enhance my setup and 'compensate' for the ultra clarity :).

Best Customer Care Ever

So many times customer service feels like a negotiation of corporate policy and lacks individual reasonability. This experience did not, I spoke to 3 different people over the course of a few days, they were rational, understood my goals, and were able to help me out. It was amazing.

Excellent service as always from Arendal, speakers Departed Netherlands on the 14/01/25 and received them In the UK on the 16/01/25 took only two days.👍

Great Customerservice

The Support is always available on a short notice. They work with the customer towards a solution. They are friendly and by now they could always solve my problems. One time They sent a warranty replacement without further questions and they sent me a spare part for something, where the damage source couldn't be located, as they say itmust have been me, and I can't recall damaging the speaker. But they just sent a new woofer to me for free. I am really appreciating that customerfriendly approach.
