Arendal's support is superb

Great attitude from the different people I interacted with (Jules and Lukas). There was continuity in the conversation regardless of who I was talking to in any given moment. They were able to answer every question I had quickly, honestly and in an unrushed manner.

Honestly the best customer engagement I have ever experienced

Honestly. One of the most engaging, thoughtful and informative conversations that I have had. Not only were the team interested in my needs, (this was my first ever "proper" speaker purchase) but they asked relevant questions and even requested that I sent photographs of my lounge in order to ensure that their product recommendation was accurate. Now I regret purchasing Arendal Subwoofer 1723 2S

Now I regret purchasing, and keeping this Arendal 1723 Subwoofer 2S product by listening to Gunner recommendation from Arendal and another big thing is the 10 year warranty which attracted me. I had a chance to return the product within 60 days of my trial period to get my money back in full. Because I felt like the REL Subwoofer and SVS Subwoofer had better support in the USA than the Arendal. Since the Arendal 1723 Subwoofer 2S is not working due to amplifier board itself gone completely and not working, Arendal is now saying they're going to send a replacement part which is a refurbished amplifier board, not the new whole system replacement or the new amplifier board, which I need to install on my own by using there YouTube video, if they need to install it's going to take days to Months mentioned by them. Which I don't like it, and hang up on me on there chat system twice. Very disappointed now.
