Initial impressions after one week of ownership...the Arendal 1723 S monitor speakers check all the boxes as an "end-game" set for me. Originally, I had much smaller bookshelf speakers, and they were good. However, the 1723 S monitor speakers are a fuller and richer experience in my listening room. Versatility is something these speakers bring to the table and the bass quality/definition is definitely superior to the older bookshelf's. I was taking a BIG leap of faith with this purchase as I am in Canada and these speakers have traveled a long way without my hearing them first. My purchase was based solely on the reviews of several YouTube reviewers who could find no fault with their design and even awarded these as "speaker of the year". Knowing how picky these guys can be, that is high praise indeed and enough information for me to make a purchasing decision. No regrets here.

After 2 years of research, I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase the Arendal 1723 series speakers. From their build quality to esthetics to sound these speakers are spectacular! In my subjective opinion, they rival the competition at double and even triple their price. Do yourself a favour and add these to your shortlist - you will not be disappointed. ...stay tuned for the highly anticipated 1528 series. Will I take advantage of Arendal's 1-year upgrade program? Only time will tell...

Just got my new 1723 S towers. Arrived on time. Using them for stereo music with an Advance Paris A12 Classic integrated amp. These are hands down the best speakers I have ever owned. Was using Focal Aria 926 towers for music previously. On a scale of 10, I would give Focal a 7 and my 1723 a 10. Absolutely flawless bass, treble and mids. Sounds better than using an external subwoofer. I am an Arendal fan for life.
