Very good and prompt sales support. Need to follow up to ensure product was shipped out of their fulfilment centre asap. While it is no fault of Arendal, I have unpleasant delivery experience from their appointed logistic provider "DHL". From DHL shipment tracking record, I was expecting to receive my subwoofer on 8th Aug end of day however there was no sign of delivery until midnight. Upon checking with DHL Customer Service, they shared that while the product arrived in their local delivery facility it was not picked up by their delivery driver. DHL eventually have it delivered by noon on the 9th Aug. Thank you.
