Exceptional Return Experience

I needed to return a subwoofer due to my own fault. The product was awesome, and it’s performance was not a factor in my return. Despite losing a purchase, Arendal support gave me legitimately one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received. Not just with hi-fi companies, but when dealing with any company’s customer service. Their team was incredibly helpful in facilitating the return label and scheduling the pickup. The process couldn’t have been easier, and their team was very thorough in their communication. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I can’t recommend Arendal enough. Awesome products and beyond amazing support.

Super Produkte mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und freundlichem Kundenservice. Besonders interessant ist die kostenlose Lieferung (inkl. Verzollung!) sowie eine allenfalls kostenfreie Rückgabe. Letztere wird man vermutlich aber nicht in Anspruch nehmen, da die gebotene Leistung mehr als in Ordnung ist. Aus persönlicher Erfahrung kann ich auch sagen, dass die Produkte von Arendal wertiger und insgesamt einfach besser sind als preislich vergleichbare Produkte von z.B. SVS oder Klipsch.
