Love the speakers. Now that that is out of the way. Info on the website is very limited. I live in Canada and was expecting that the return policy was worldwide and it is not. I also didn't find out until I took delivery the the 1961 speaker line was being phased out which will make future purchases problematic as I bought the 1961 towers. I plan on returning these speakers so I can buy a matching system in the 1723 series. From the sounds of it the "no risck policy is going to cost us Canadians 10% of the price to return them. Ironically I live 5 minutes fron the US border. Sorry Arendal have to give you a fail on the costomer support end, But again Great sperker.

Good communication re timeframe for delivery. There was a slight delay and was advised of that and arrived per revised date. Packaging was exceptional. Overall purchase and delivery experience was excellent.

Very fast shipping, no damaged packaging, let alone product and no added costs from customs. Customer service before buy was knowledgable and with very fast response times.

I bought the 1961 towers. The speakers are built very well and the sound great. Customer service was excellent. I gave my experience with arendal sound 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons.1 because I was missing parts from one of my speakers I talk to customer service and they assured me I would get them but haven’t received them yet and 2 they are discontinuing the series.
