Customer Service is great. Very quick and responsive at all times. There is one thing that can be improved, and that is to do with projected shipping times. The earliest date given is completely optimistic and needs to be pushed out a day at least (if not two). The other thing is that the system should be able to take into account that in most areas a weekend delivery is not an option, so a weekend day (in these cases) should not ever be projected as a possible delivery date.

Arendal Sound representatives thoroughly answered all of my questions with respect to some proper, clean and powerful power amplifiers I should be using in order to unleash the true potential of these magnificent & clean sounding 1723 THX speakers!!! I have also read everything about the company and the founder!!! These people are legit: no nonsense, no nonsensical marketing, no upselling, no lies, no exaggerations, no unfair business practices and, of course, no insanity!!! Finally, their speakers do sound incredibly clean and natural!!! Trust me, these people offer some SERIOUS VALUE FOR THE MONEY!!!

Had a great customer experience, even though there was shipping issue w/ FedEx. Speakers came extremely well packaged for shipping, with multiple layers of protection. Speaker oozes build quality. Would definitely be a repeat customer

So far I absolutely love my speakers and the service I have received! After dealing with multiple speakers from other outlets that were severely damaged in transit I seriously appreciate the care in packing and shipping as well.
