Took over 2 months to get my order…

Took over 2 months to get my order despite paying 1st class postage-excuses-when they bothered to make contact about demand causing delay. I eventually demanded a full refund and order arrived 24hrs later! No wonder our NHS is in crap state if these people supply them

Do not use this company

Do not use this company - ordered product was not delivered after two weeks so requested a refund and ordered the product from elsewhere. After about two months eventually got notification that they would refund. After three months the product eventually turned up!! Not much use to me though as I had received the product from another supplier no problem. Fortunately it wasn't a high value order.

My ordered was supposed to reach me 3 to 5 working days. Never got it there is no help line to call them direct. There is live chat but not answering.

Failed to deliver what was ordered and months to refund…

Failed to deliver what was ordered and paid for in April. Very poor, or no, communication to their online messages, phone voice mail or emails. Had requested a refund and after 3 months from ordering had given up hope of getting that, but today, July, fully refunded. Poor service though all round.

I ordered and paid for my tablets 8th May they arrived in July. I had messaged twice with no reply either.

Avoid at all costs

Made an order in late March, it didn't turn up. I requested a refund because I had to purchase the item elsewhere. They responded months later asking how I would like to be refunded and I responded promptly, confirming how. Then, the order turned up, in July. I no longer need it & I did not receive a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Not one star. HALF a star. I ordered Evotears on 14 March. I just received it today, 10 July, nearly FOUR MONTHS later. I was never advised of a delay and when I did finally receive the item, there was no packing slip. Very, very poor service.
