They score would have been 5 for the product

They score would have been 5 for the product but they lost a star for having to chase up the delivery. Ad.ittedly they had advised there would be a delay and I chose to wait. I felt that they then forgot about me

Leave Well Alone ... You have been warned

Shame I could only give one as I wanted to give NONE but it's the only way to give a review, these people who run this NHS Pharmacy should have their licences revoked , they are a sham. I ordered some medication on the 18th of April and I finally received them on the 27th of June and none of my emails were answered, God help anyone that needed their meds urgently , they would be in big trouble. They need to be struck off the medical register and cease trading, and yes I am, very bitter and frustrated against and with these people.

Failed to reply to numerous emails…

Failed to reply to numerous emails chasing my order which eventually was sent over 2 months later. All it takes is a reply to stop you thinking it's a scam.

The order took 6 weeks

The order took 6 weeks. In that time I had cancelled the order but it was still delivered and I was charged. This company is uncontactable. Will not use again.

I will not be a returning customer

I will not be a returning customer. I placed the order back in April. After waiting for 3 weeks I was then told that my order is delayed due to backlog. I kept on waiting for a further few weeks. After a month a half I still did not have my order. I contacted customer care to request a refund. After being asked for my bank details and told that I will be refunded immediately, I received an email informing me that my product was on its way to me. Needless to say, nothing is worth waiting that long. Customer Services made no effort to keep me updated about these delays and I had to chase and contact them instead.

Communication from company and delivery…

Communication from company and delivery is atrocious. Eventually received my order about 2 months after I placed the order. Would NEVER use them again!

Spend money elsewhere

Incredibly slow delivery - it took two months! I requested that this order be cancelled but they stopped responding to me e-Mails. I do not recommend.
