No goods 2 weeks after order.

Ordered £50 worth of dry eye treatments and two weeks later I had no word of any despatch date. I have been refunded by PayPal. I was very surprised to receive a very informal worked email and I am not impressed and will be very wary about using online pharmaceutical sites in future.

ITS A RIPOFF DONT USE

I placed an order for Flarin, which was to be used as my back gets a bit stiff after a long day at work. They have taken the money, keep sending the same email asking the same question about if I have any medical issues, which I don't. replied to email three times now! I sent email asking for them to refund as its been well over a week now and my other half as just bought it while in town but no response and two more automated emails again. cant get in touch and no way of getting a refund that we can see. Site is a ripoff as far as i can tell. STAY AWAY.

Awful company

Awful company. The first time I ordered with them I had to keep messaging them on where my order was. They kept fobbing me off with the backlog of orders as they are soooo busy, excuse. I cancelled my order and received my refund. Jump 6 months later. Ordered something else as forgot why I cancelled the previous order. As soon as I got the same excuse I remembered. NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM HERE. I received my refund through PayPal.

Waited too long for my order

Waited too long for my order. I eventually emailed and was told there was a backlog but would have to wait even longer for delivery. I cancelled and got a refund. Won't be using them again.

Good Customer Service

My first order with this company recently, i did not receive my order in the time the company had given me [5 days] contacted them to advise this and request a delivery date, reply came on same day stating the problem they had at the time and giving me a despatch date and carrier, i replied and said i would look forward to receiving my goods on or before a certain date. i received the goods within that time , all good, in my opinion this company whilt it did not fulfil its original obligation, replied in good time to my query and the goods were despatched and received in the time stated. Good customer service and would order from them again without hesitation. Well done AYP Healthcare.

Awful- no product and had to get a refund

Further to my last review- if I could give 1 star I would. No product received after nearly 3 weeks and got a refund via PayPal. My advice avoid ! And if you do use them then always use PayPal because you will need to chase/get your money back. Terrible

Don’t make promises you cannot keep

Placed order, 2 to 5 day delivery advertised. Item did not arrive. Chased by email and told due to backlog item would be delivered in about another 7 to 10 days. Claimed my money back through PayPal and ordered same item elsewhere and delivered within 3 days. Don’t advertise 2 to 5 day delivery if you cannot keep to your promise. Will not be ordering from AYP Healthcare ever again

Absolute joke of a company.Placed an order on 31st August still hadn't received it by 11th September so I emailed them.They replied saying high demand blah blah blah and they would be with me by the middle of this week at the very latest . We're now the middle of the week and nothing?Reported via PayPal and they refunded instantly. I would save your money,avoid at all costs and order elsewhere!
