1) Order delayed for over 6 weeks. 2) Your customer service did not reply to my messages. 3) I asked customer service for a refund but did not get a reply. 4) was not given, and I only had my order delivered when my bank was asked to intervene. 5) I will definitely not use your company again, and advise anyone who asks me, to do the same.

Waited ages for delivery a couple of months only gave 1 star has I had to put something down.

My order took six weeks to be delivered though payment was taken within 24hours of placing order. Automated replies were not helpful and when I asked for the refund they had offered (after four weeks ) I heard no more until finally the order arrived another two weeks later.

I ordered 4 tube of steroid cream I contacted tgem3 Times before I got a response, they told me some story about a new computer system and my items would be posted soon, I ended up going to my Drs for same items, I'd given up on ever getting my order and was going to post on Trust Pilot about them, Then out of Nowhere I got an email saying it had been posted,No explanation as to why the LONG Delay. I Would and will Not Deal with This Company again, Other people have posted Similar experiences, I only put one Star as you can't put Zero.

Ordered in February asked for refund in March after very poor communication and no goods. Many many emails next to no responses. Received email to say being delivered in June, emailed to say not wanted waiting for a refund. Goods arrived no reply from email again. Emailed to say not wanted. Emailed before giving bad review. No replies. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Do not use!!!
