Great trampoline. My kids love it, they even enjoyed working together to set it up. Delivery time was reasonable too. Great instructions to follow as well. Thanks Jumpflex The slide is for smaller kids, it also seems quite flimsy and may not keep up with the Australian sun.

Delivery was before the date stated when ordered which was amazing as it was for my sons bday. The delivery driver called me the day of delivery and dropped off the pallet and put it undercover as we were away at the time. He sent a photo to show proof of delivery and that where he put it was okay which was also great. The trampoline was of great quality and easy to put together. All in all I highly recommend. We purchased the 14 foot tramp with sunshade and slide.

We purchased the Trampoline about 6 years ago now, our 2 teenage kids are not the most gentle on things. We have had a couple of failures over the years (im really surprised its not a pile of scrap metal by now) and we have emailed them and within a couple of days replacement parts have been free of charge delivered. i cannot speak highly enough about this product and company, i would give them 100 stars if i could

Jumpflex is a great product at a reasonable price. Arrived quickly from when I ordered and we live remote. Was very easy to install with no tools required. They forgot to ship shade top I paid for. Sent an email and was as easy as will it out on courier asap. Arrived a 5 days later. Overall very happy customer and kids are on it everyday.
