Sent boots back as they were to tight. Their customer service is excellent, kept me updated all the way by email. I will be getting a refund no quibble at all. Highly recommend blufish.

I bought an item from Blue fish and it was not fit for purpose contacted customer service and they were very helpful got a refund straight away

The quality of the product was poor. I contacted through the link on Wowcher heard nothing. Contacted Wowcher bluefish then responded immediately and was in constant contact and couldn't do enough and happy to refund good customer service.

Emailed company yesterday re returning an item and requesting a refund. 3 emails earlier on today from bluefish to confirm my info detail's and to tell me my request for a refund was accepted and was being processed. Can't complain, Great service and sorted so quickly.

I bought a pair of sandals that broke the first time I wore them! Blufish have offered to replace them straight away! They replied to my email immediately & concluded my complaint in minutes ! How marvellous!
