Ordered a coat for my son

Ordered a coat for my son . Was sized wrong . Contacted customer support. I was very impressed by their quick response . They are sending me larger size and said to keep smaller one . I will keep you informed if this one fits. Shame company sizings are wrong as coat good quality and very nice style. Large fitted as if was small. Customer support was very helpful.

I’m trying to find how to actually…

I’m trying to find how to actually return an item, it’s poorly listed on site, when I look there’s no email whatsoever As an update, I’m not sure the rating is warranted now, I’ve sent several emails to support ref a faulty item, no response from them, very poor. Yet within 39 minutes of posting a positive review they replied on trust pilot. Quick to grab the praise, but to rectify an issue I’m rating as zero I’ve emailed what you have supplied several times, you haven’t replied hence my update. Update no you haven’t sent a reply not in There’s no email still, so I’m not sure your replying as you state. And it’s not in the spam . I’ve rated them back to 5 now, they sorted the issue after a miscommunication, legit sellers. Thanks for going via this site, A refund is fine thank you.

Fantastic Customer care......

The item arrived and I was not happy with it. But - their customer care is fantastic. Within a day of being advised of the problem - they resolved it and sorted it. Thank you My Blu Fish. I will shop with you again.

Ordered a coat for my daughter but it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they sent replacement coat straight away....have not received new coat yet but hope to receive it soon. Was very pleased with their quick response

Ordered a rain coat. Item was delayed and I contacted myblufish and they responded straight away. Customer service is amazing and I love my new rain coat. I recommend and will purchase from again

I must admit I wasn't too hopeful when…

I must admit I wasn't too hopeful when I wrote complaining that they had sent me the wrong size of a long length cardigan I had ordered. When they replied & said it was the right size I thought we were going to have problems. I insisted it was definitely not the right size as I knew what a size 12 was & this was definitely not a size 12 & could they please just send a prepaid address label so I could return said item. The reply I got was totally out of the blue - they said as they didn't have any smaller sizes to just keep it as a gesture of goodwill. My daughter who is a larger size than I am will benefit from it. I was pleasantly surprised by their reply & will not hesitate to buy from them again if needs arise. Just hope they have smaller sizes next time.
