I have bought something through Wowcher and it has not arrived. I have emailed them numerous times now and all they say is sorry but you'll have to wait! It is now 5 days till Xmas and my niece does not have a present yet. They do not seem to care at all. I just keep getting a generic response of please wait 12 working days. I ordered on the 30th November! They Can't offer an explanation or a solution, I am truly disappointed by their customer service.

Lovely item but small problem when item arrived. Emailed the company in the morning, had a reply 2 hrs later....... discussed options. Problem solved. I have to say I have never dealt with such an amazing Customer Service Department, EVER. Their staff are obviously well trained, professional, yet friendly and approachable and for once have their customers best interest at heart. I will certainly be using their Web site again.
