I recently contacted Myblufish concerning the non arrival of an order I had placed. I received a response saying they would organise and send a replacement to me. I then had the original order delivered after they had sent the replacement, so I informed them of this. To my surprise they informed me that I could keep the replacement as a gesture of goodwill which is very much appreciated. I would certainly purchase from them again in the future.
