The waterproof jacket I ordered arrived and I could not believe my eyes when I saw the quality of the workmanship. Frayed toggles, cuffs not even stitched in alignment and threads hanging off everywhere. Also it is by no means waterproof. Also no contact details to be found anywhere on company website surprise surprise. Do not buy from this company!!

Excellent customer service. Rain coat didn't arrive so I contacted them and a replacement was organised which arrived very quickly. Many thanks Myblufish.

To be honest I would not think the quality of the jacket is worth the full price so happy that I purchased via wowcher. However, the customer service experience was excellent with quick and efficient communication. Thank you

I had to change my delivery address and it was dealt with so quick and the support group were excellent with helping me.

I bought a waterproof coat through wowcher. Wowcher don’t want to discuss the matter contact blufish directly they say. I have been unable to contact blufish. The coat is NOT waterproof at all The size is XXL I ordered a size 12. Absolute rubbish quality and rubbish customer service. I will NOT be using wowcher or blufish again. Upon reading my review blufish have refunded my money back to wowcher.

I received my raincoat which was very poor quality . I tried to get a refund but was told I had to return it to Hong Kong. It was not worth the postage so I have lost out. Rubbish Item. I advised Wowcher they should not be selling this item and have since unsubscribed as I didnt get any help from them either. Disgusted.

Bought two rain jackets. Cheap price but poor quality. Certainly would never cost the original price as advertised. To return them to Hong Kong would be expensive with no guarantee that they would arrive. Wont buy from this company again as I feel ripped off.

Excellent customer service, an item didn’t arrive so I contacted them and a received a message straight away saying a replacement had been sent. Would definitely use again 👌👌
