Bought a costume dress and shoes via Pigsback for my daughter. They both came in separate deliveries which was fine and quick enough considering the current situation. The dress was as described and pictured but the shoes were the wrong size. I messaged them through Pigsback and received a quick response saying they have arranged for the correct size shoes to be delivered. Delighted with this customer service and problem resolved so quickly. Hopefully new ones won't take too long to arrive!

Very bad service!! I have ordered vine red tracksuit through Wowcher and what I got is thin white tracksuit. The quality is very poor and completely see through material ! I would never ever wear those tracksuit. I have tried to contact them - sent few emails, but no reply at all. I want either full refund or exchange (right colour) asap! My order number is 34209378 (05/05/20).

Terrible service. Clothing was appalling and promised a refund- not yet received any refund. Do not buy from this company. Bought through GOgroopie. I have read your reply back to me on Trustpilot but I still have not received my refund and left with a really bad coat, which you yourself stated you were not happy to send in first place due to poor condition. I am going around in circles. You tell me its gogroopie who need to refund and gogroopie tell me it's you who need to refund. Reply...... what is your customer service email. Even that is difficult to find !!!!!! Update on 29/05/2020...still no refund from either Mybluefish or gogroopie. No one taking responsibility. My advise is to stay clear of both. Will continue to update until refund received showing how appalling both sites are.

1 star is over rating this company. I bought a track suit from this company through wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong colour, wrong size and the quality was shocking. It was completely see through, the material so thin I was afraid it would fall apart. I have tried to contact Blufish 8 times with absolutely no response and wowcher are no help either. I wouldn't recommend this company at all as their goods appear to be shoddy and their customer service is non existant. I've bought through wowcher on several occasions with no problems but after this experience I won't use their website again. My advice, avoid Blufish!!

Hello I believe 1 star is rating the product I received far too highly. I bought a dress through Wowcher. It looks nothing like the photo. I would not even wear it as a nightgown. The fabric is cheap and it looks awful. I am ok with buying something not so great if the price is good but when they falsely advertise using Wowcher then I feel completely cheated. Do not buy from this company. I think it is shocking that Wowcher don't check quality before they allow this sort of advertising.

This company is a nightmare , there is no transparency , no obvious contact details , the only one is the ‘support ‘ which is useless . I ordered a track suit from wowcher and when it arrived it was the wrong size and wrong colour , and absolute garbage . I want a refund but have heard nothing following sending my details to them on ‘support’ . They need exposing if they are a non reputable company .

I also ordered a waist trimmer belt (through wowcher) and after 3 emails still had no response!!! Their 72 hours response time claim is load of rubbish - I’ve been waiting for reply since 9th May!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - especially if going through Wowcher - both absolutely no help and you’ll be lucky to get the goods. I made a big mistake :-(
