Lauren is such an asset to your company, I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Ordered a Molly Mae curl kit and paid for next day delivery. As usual with Evri they didn't deliver it and after 4 days I contacted customer support at Beauty Works because Evris customer service is awful. Lauren got back to me really quickly. After some back and forth between us while she worked on it she cancelled my original order and sent me out a new one with DPD, she also added some freebies to my parcel which was amazing because the things she chose are products that I have and love so more is always welcome. The parcel arrived in less than 24 hours. She also generated me a personal code for a discount to use in future. I really hope Beauty Works reconsiders the courier they use because evri is letting them down. Judging by other reviews I'm not the first and I won't be the last.

I returned at a cost to me an unused, unwanted Aeros multi styler which was a Christmas present from my husband.This company sent it back stating it had been used!!! After challenging this and requesting evidence, they have replied saying they carried out rigorous checks and hair was found on the product but haven’t produced any actual evidence to prove this. It would have been impossible for them to have found hair as I hadn’t even taken it out of the box……We are now seriously out of pocket @ £220!!! Would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

Lauren was extremely helpful and looked into my delayed order. She was polite and friendly and resolved my issue instantly with a new order and next day delivery. I was very happy with her phone manor and while she was looking into it whilst on the phone she engaged in general conversation with me.

The hair is of very good quality, however I feel that it is overpriced and the tape itself isn’t very good and doesn’t hold for very long !
