I had trouble with an order

I had trouble with an order, and i started a whatsapp chat to ask for help. I received the help the exact same day, and i didnt even need to wait or go back and try and re order, it all got sorted there and then ready for the day i needed it! Thank you Bella! U where amazing! 🤩

There was a problem with delivery of my order, not Beauty Works’ fault it was the delivery company that was totally at fault. I reached out to BW online chat service and was answered by Ella. Ella was fantastic and solved the problem very, very quickly. She was a credit to Beauty Works and I thank her and company policy for the speedy resolution. Great Customer Service!

Amazing customer service

I reached out on WhatsApp as I am a blonde and really was not sure what colour to go for. Holly recommended 3 colours to go and have a look at which really helped me as I didn't have a clue where to start, I took a look at the 3 colours and the LA blonde she had recommended was the winner for me. I ordered and they have arrived this morning, the colour is perfect! I had a panic though as I was not sure if I had ordered enough, so I decided to WhatsApp again and get a more professional opinion because to be honest I am so clueless when it comes to things like this. Holly responded so quickly and I can not describe how much I appreciated the quick response, her response was clear mentioning that they recommended 2/3 packs however she felt that 2 packs would be enough for me, however if I was still worried i could order a pack and if they aren't needed just simply return them for a full refund. I really appreciate Holly taking the time to respond to me so quickly and she prevented my anxiety spiralling all day whilst waiting for a response (which she didn't even know would happen)

Terrible quality hair

This is unfortunately the last time i’ll buy their hair. Previous wefts have lasted so long as i take good care of my extensions, my hair dresser uses me as an example to clients who dont! I bought 22” oak weft end of 2024 and already there is horrendous breakage and loss of length. Disgusting considering how much it cost. Never again, too inconsistent.
