My Beauty Works experience has been brilliant. The customer service I received from Lucia has been wonderful, she is a pleasure to speak to and explained everything so clearly. I honestly love beauty works hair I use raven or ebony depending on time of the year and I’ve always used nanos which are amazing! I have swapped to try the weft and so far so good the hair stays In absolutely perfect condition for over a year definitely one of my favourite brands. I’m soon to do my course in extensions and this will be the brand I go to!

Love this hot brush. Spent so much on other expensive brands which are no where near as good this. Definitely worth the money. Love it

Colour match service
I haven’t ordered with beautyworks just yet but do intend to - I used the colour match service on WhatsApp and Lucia was super helpful, matching me up with a colour within a few minutes of my initial message. A great start!
