Great Customer Service!
I ordered a hair tool from Beauty Works at my address in the US, and I did not realize that the plug would not fit in the US outlets. I went to the post office to get a return label, and it would of cost over $100 to return the item back to the UK. I reached out to customer service and Lauren was very pleasant and came up with a fair solution. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and make things right!

Amazing customer service
I spoke to Bella on the phone after a small fault with the delivery of my hair and she was so lovely and was able to compensate the slight problem! So so easy to get hold of and fast action was taken. Very grateful x

Excellent. I brought this for my daughter for her birthday. I allowed plenty of time for postage and it arrived the day after I ordered it. It’s really well boxed and looks really good quality. My daughter said it’s easy to use with good results.
