I have been getting my hair from beauty works for nearly 2 years now, I started with the slimline tapes and absolutely loved them I never lost one the quality of the hair is outstanding. This time around I went for the invisi tapes and omg they are incredible super lightweight and invisible just like advertised, I can wear my hair up for the gym without seeing them and they are incredibly lightweight. This time round I needed some advice on the hair and the customer service was outstanding first it was via email and as you can appreciate emailing can be hard when you are needing help, i requested to speak to someone on the phone (it’s rare you can do that anymore 99% of the time we talk to bots) but as soon as I asked they said yes and made me a telephone appointment for the same day. The phone call was with Lucy and she was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. My experience with beauty works from start to finish was 12/10 definitely recommend ❤️
