I was looking for exceptional furniture and I was not disappointed with the look and quality of Timothy Oulton. Many any places have cookie cutter pieces. Even the high end stores. I met with Monica and she was the wonderful , full of knowledge and gave me great advice. I ordered a few pieces and they were delivered within a week with a great delivery team. I had a great experience purchasing the NEST couch from the Timothy Oulton showroom in culver city. What made it so easy, comfortable and pleasant was Luke Dixon. He was so patient and kind with us (it took a few visits to finalize what we wanted) and really helped us to decide what worked best for us. Luke is also very knowledgeable about the entire TO brand. The showroom is so beautiful, vibrant and calming and he was happy to show us around. I will definitely be returning again soon.

The flagship store in Hong Kong is huge and filled with amazing pieces. Must see! I’m particularly impressed and thankful to Oscar Wong, our sales assistant who was super knowledgeable and professional, he very patiently explained everything in great detail to help me decide on my sofa purchase.
