We have had a very good experience at the Timothy Oulton store on Tottenham Court Road, with the sales assistant Thomas Payne. He is very efficient, most helpful, patient and gave us excellent service. We would highly recommend him and this store for a very good furniture shopping experience. I found the shop very inviting and interesting with high quality items. The story behind many objects was unique.

I bought four brown leather mimi chairs for a fraction of the price. They arrived in perfect condition. The chairs are Top quality, stunning chairs all at a real bargain price. Great communication with the store team who went above and beyond and gave first class service. They even recommended a brilliant delivery company who also offered a first class delivery service. I would definitely recommend the store.
