I walked in and was greeted by Saberina Terrado. Great lady who helped me truly decide an invision what I am ordering. She is Experienced and knowledgeable. I was pleased by the smell of leather and wood in Gallery. It is truly a sight to see. I will definitely go back and check out the Apollo capsule.

It was my first time visiting the OC gallery space and WOW, what an incredible experience. It truly is a gallery/showroom versus a typical shop. From the moment you walk in, you become completely immersed int the TO world - Complimentary Walkers English toffee candy in glass jars, dark/elegant spaces where you can see how pieces can work together, and all the interesting small home decor like little treasures to find. But the best part of our store visit was Saberina T. - an incredible sales ambassador who kindly took the time to walk us through the TO brand and showed us some great items. Saberina was friendly, patient, kind and made us feel so comfortable. I'll definitely return to pick up a few pieces thanks to Saberina!

Amazing products! I adore all of my pieces but what makes them very special is excellent customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions they can never do enough to help. Chloe from the London store has been awesome to deal with and can’t do enough to help. I just had a question about an issue I had with a new side unit and she sent me a full video to show how to solve it which I followed and solved the issue. Brilliant!

Chloe has been nothing short of amazing! Quick response time, brought my living room to life by helping me choose the right furniture based on my taste and showing me the best fit through digital drawing.
