I purchased the large reclining sheepskin chair which arrived a few weeks ago. This is the second sheepskin item I have purchased from the Timothy Oulton shop in Princes Square, Glasgow. On both occasions I was looked after by the inestimable Tracey. What a wonderful asset she is: warm, friendly, personable, kind and welcoming. Neither of my purchases were for interior design reasons ( although they are absolutely gorgeous and the quality is incredible). I suppose you could say I bought them as ‘therapy chairs’ for my husband who has advance Alzeimer’s disease. Their tactile qualities afford him sensory pleasure and comfort which he doesn’t enjoy in his care home. The first chair ( with footstool) was a great success, so much so that he kept falling asleep in it. Unfortunately it was too low backed to give him head support, which is why I purchased the recliner. He nods off in it and can then be comfortably reclined for a restful nap, and the pleasure he gets from the experience is clear to see. He is non-verbal but everything is written in his face, and I know this chair brings him pleasure. I guess I’m not your typical customer but I am a truly delighted one. From start to finish the Timothy Oulton experience has been second to none, starting with Tracey and ending with the brilliant delivery men. In between times there was excellent communication in regards delivery. I wish I had room for more furniture, and I would recommend Timothy Oulton to anyone…especially if Tracey is in the store.

Bought a really cool infinity mirror at the store in Costa Mesa. Monica Conway was so helpful and knowledgeable during our multiple store visits. She even went to a hardware store to check on an alternate fitting for the mirror. Thanks Monica!

We bought Shabby seasonal sofa in the material of Vintage Bianco. The sofa looks fantastic!! We love the sofa so much. And also, we had lovely experience in the store at Horizon Plaza. Edith and Oscar were so helpful to explain and introduce the products and the differences of the material. Efficient with the delivery.

We bought a The Francis series three seater back in January 2023 and absolutely love it in our living room (for its simple style, leather quality and color)! Actually, we also went back and bought another sofa a few months later. Edith of the South Horizon store was very informative and highly effective in our decisioning process with her knowledge about all aspects of the sofas being considered and thoughts/suggestions on how they fit in home settings. In addition, she has been genuinely helpful in accommodating our request for delayed delivery/storage and arranging delivery team visit on a short notice when we had difficulties moving a sofa between two rooms with extremely narrow entrance.

We had a great experience from the moment we were contemplating whether to buy a sofa or not, to the day we finally got the sofa, an armchair and footstools. Thanks to Fjolla who has been great with showing us the options and showing us how they would look like in our flat. We love all of them and even the delivery service was very professional.
