We were amazed and so grateful for the help from Chloe. She really went out of her way to make us feel so welcomed as well as our dog! We emailed beforehand to make sure that the item we wanted to view was in the shop and if it would be okay for our dog to come too, which it was. Chloe was so helpful and knowledgeable, she helped us to make an informed decision about the furniture and materials we wanted. Can’t wait to get the bed, it looks and feels absolutely amazing.

It's taken me some time to get this. Our experience with Jenessa at the Orange County store was nothing but fantastic. She exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Which is more than I can say for managemen which is the only reason I am not giving a 5 star review. Aside from that, Jenessa will be my go to for our next purchase when that time comes.

We had the most fun experience buying our new scrambler sectional sofa! We worked with Nilofar who took such good care of us and served us champagne as we made our decision! My husband never knew shopping was so much fun! We were so excited to get our new couch & it actually came early! Now that we have it in our home, we are so pleased! Another fantastic experience with the team at Timothy Oulton. After a number of years we decided to buy a new couch, TO was our one stop shop for considering our new couch, and making a sizeable investment. The team helped us with styles, options, colours, and came to measure the elevator in our building to ensure it would fit! Great service, we now have a number of pieces including our leather dining chairs and the Saddle Chair.
