A brilliant experience with Oscar! After a long morning of browsing furniture shops we popped in to TO, not with any specific purchase in mind. Then I sat down in one of the most comfortable sofas ever! The set up was a little too big for our living room so Oscar worked his magic using the 3D software and showed us how it could fit in our living room space if we altered the config. We were sold from that moment on and I have just taken delivery! First class experience from start to finish and TO will now be my first stop for any future furniture requirements. Outstanding! 5 Stars!

In my regular frequenting of Manhattan, the Tim Oulton gallery is my favorite destination. I begin every trip to the city with great eagerness of what gorgeous items I will view at the gallery. I love arriving and being met with that brass handshake at the door. Upon entering I’m always delighted to see Tara. It feels like I’m reuniting with an old friend every time. I’m always greeted with smiles and refreshments. There are many establishments in Manhattan that cater to my ego, but so few that truly make me feel welcome. No matter what question I may have, Tara will have or take the time to find the answer. (I ask a lot of questions.) Tara always makes me feel as if the gallery is my own, she knows my tastes and brings my attention to pieces that I must have. Needless to say, I love my trips to the gallery and I’m looking forward to my next visit in no small part due to the presence of Tara and the rest of the extraordinary staff. I dealt with Oscar Wong in the Hong Kong showroom. He was knowledgable and helpful about the items we were interest in. At my request Oscar sent me information on the item and then handled our subsequent purchase efficiently. Delivery was at the time agreed and the delivery team not only brought our purchase but also arranged disposal of our old piece of furniture. All in all, this was a most positive experience.

I received great service and advice from Thomas Payne at the Tottenham Court Road store. It was a real pleasure to visit the store. Some great products in there.
