I had an issue with the base of one of the cushions on a sofa I have had for a couple of years . I thought I would receive the “usual” treatment in terms Of help and support . However I was blown away with the help and support . Rory Flyn was the young gentleman that answered my call And followed through from start to finish . I was not fobbed off at all - an independent assessment was carried out by ultimate professionals - who then returned to repair the sofa under the warranty . The sofa is extremely well made And is very sturdy . I saw all of the ways it was made when the repairer accessed the sofa and he also said it was of excellent quality . The service from Rory was absolutely superb …. And my faith in Timothy Oulton totally restored . Excellent service throughout . Thankyou . The way that Rory looked after my issue and responded was absolutely fantastic ….. and he was a credit to the company .

After purchase, she's kept us informed of production and delivery schedule. You don't get this personalized service at a big box store and the quality of furniture can't be beat!

My husband and I always liked this brand and we now like it even more with a real experience. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Attentive but not pushy, gave us enough space to browse so that we could take our time to look and think through. Oscar was particularly helpful. He patiently answered all the questions (I had a lot of questions) during our 2 visits to the store and also on many text messages. He made a big difference in our shopping experience. Everything was so smooth and efficient. Cannot wait to see our new sofa soon!

Kurt was covering the Broadgate store during my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the stores and TO collection. He was a great balance of commercial but not pushy. After I left the store, he promptly followed up with helpful information (within the hour) so I could quickly make a decision on the pieces I wanted. He replied to questions almost instantly and my furniture is already on the way!

I had searched a long time for the perfect chairs for our new dining room table. I fell in love with the quilted leather Mimi chairs and nothing else compared. Luke made the process so easy and I knew I was in good hands. He provided me with plenty of updates along the way and was a joy to work with. The chairs were delivered in perfect condition and look wonderful in our dining room. The craftsmanship is such high quality and everyone who sees these chairs comment on how beautiful they are. We are very happy with our purchase.
