Jade is wonderful! I had an idea that I might like some Timothy Oulton pieces to finish off a project I am doing. I walked in to the store and was greeted by the friendly and professional Jade. He showed us around, explained all the pieces to us and answered all our questions. He finished off by offering us champagne at the downstairs bar and told us to come back anytime. He followed through the next day and we were able to easily close out our transaction. I love the store and the design and everything about the experience.

We dropped in to the Timothy Oulton store in Costa Mesa today and from the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty as we always have been at every TO location we've ever visited. We were greeted with a smile and ice cold Pellegrino. We found a vanity stool we wanted but it needed to be special ordered. Jenessa worked to find another in the LA area that we could get today. She even gave us a gift bag to thank us for our previous business before we bought anything. This consistency of making their customers feel amazing is such a welcome thing in today's world. In 30 years in Los Angeles, we have never received the treatment Timothy Oulton continually offers. Not to mention the quality of the products...unparalleled! Unique objects everywhere you look. They have no competition but if you're trying to make your home truly unique and you want to have fun doing it...check this place out! And ask for Jenessa! You'll leave feeling a few inches taller!

Kurt our Showroom contact has such a comprehensive product knowledge, was so efficient and immediately responded to all our queries - of which there were many. Couldn't speak more highly of him and his excellent customer service which led us to put a big order in! We were huge fans anyway - but first experience actually placing orders. Will be back... VERY soon!

We just remodeled our home and “we wanted special”. We found the Timothy Oulton Showroom and Luke Dixon in Los Angeles and “we found a special place where furniture is art and the value is worth every penny”! Our designer wanted to see pictures of our house and wanted to understand what we wanted our finished home to look like, so he could direct us to furniture pieces that we would love and family or guests would say “wow” to! Now I couldn’t buy the Apollo Spaceship but everything else I bought is amazing! I think the dining room chandelier is next! See you again soon!

We walked into their Soho location before hearing of the brand and purchased several pieces the same day. We were quite impressed by not only their unique designs but quality of the stitchings, grains of leather and sturdiness. James Samson has an amazing eye for his craft and we value his opinion. He carefully help us select each piece to match with the rest of our home. The follow ups for delivery and any other questions we had were responsive and helpful. Most of all we are always complemented on our pieces!

Just received our custom couch from Timothy Oulton and we couldn’t be more pleased with the couch and the process. Monica and staff were so helpful from the moment we walked in (with our 2 toddlers mind you) they were patient, kind and extremely accommodating, helping us make our custom couch a reality. This was the first big purchase we made for our new home and it was definitely worth the wait and the price. It’s a timeless piece that brings the whole room to life.
