Still Waiting for my order of confirmation

We ordered 2 Bernoulli Lights from Timothy Oulton. We were very pleased with both the quality and the delivery (they were extremly well packed to avoid any possibility of damage). Some 3 years later we moved house and took the lights with us. Repositioning the lights was difficult and we needed to extend the chain. I contacted Nikita at Timothy Oulton who was SO helpful. She searched around their warehouse, found the right amount of chain, that exactly matched the original, and sent it without any charge. We were so appreciative and it was a fine example of exemplary customer service.

We have recently purchased a ski flat in Meribel France, Timothy Oulton furniture fits our new home perfectly. We were looked after by Kurt Buckley, exceptional service, nothing was too much effort and his help and guidance just made the whole experience such a pleasure, Kurt also arranged all the transport etc taking away any potential hassle. Could not recommend Timothy Oulton or Kurt any more.

Came across this brand when searching for furnitures for my boss's club house 2 years ago. Was deeply attracted by their outstanding products at first sight. And more excitingly they have very reasonable price for such high-end master pieces. But what made our purchase experience so great was the professional customer service we received from sales manager Mason MA. Mason had been very helpful on choosing the right furnitures for our club house, and very patient and detail oriented when dealing with our queries. He always replied to our message politely with a timely manner. We really built a solid trust-base relationship with Mason in a short time. Will defenitely recommend this brand to friends, which I did in the past and will do in the future.

I love this brand so much ! Designs and materials are wonderful ! And the staff they are very familiar with their products that they can answer my questions about the product materials immediately every time I visit their shop in ALC. And the staff Mason has kept informing me from time to time that when they have different events and sales promotions, so that I purchased their furniture again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and tell my fds coming to visit and buy one ! Good staff and design 👍🏻

Delighted to have purchased 4 pieces from the Chandelier Collection for our newly renovated Georgian home, Kurt was so informative & helpful in the Chelsea store, we contacted him upon our arrival and he greeted us with champagne & coffee - a nice touch given the Eater Good Friday holiday! Kurt used compute software to give a realistic impression of how the chandeliers would fit in the different rooms - a really helpful tool that Kurt offered to use again on another potential purchase - the Tribeca Tufted Sofa, which we have our eye on for our new Living Room in a beautiful Turquoise/blue velvet fabric - simply stunning & very comfortable too! Within 15min of leaning the store we received an email from Kurt detailing our purchases and invoice. We are now looking forward to the delivery which will be approximately 12 weeks as they are made to order. Very happy, great in-store experience!
