It has been an absolute pleasure being a customer of Timothy Oulton. Having been a customer for quite a few years, yet never having physically stepped foot inside a Timothy Oulton store, our first experience couldn't have been better. We were greeted by Thomas Payne, who very quickly made us feel like family. He was warm and welcoming, fun and informative. We explained that, although we owned a lot of TO furniture, we had never actually been to a store and, quite frankly, had never actually seen the furniture in person until we unpacked it. He took us around the store, telling us all about the pieces and showing us all the wonderful things. He gave us a drink (meaning several) at the bar and went above and beyond in making us feel special. We couldn't have wished to be greeted by a better person. By the time we left, it was like leaving old friends. We will, for sure, call in again when we're next in town and, because it was such a positive experience, look forward to visiting other TO stores on our travels. Thank you Thomas!

It is with utmost pleasure that I write this review. My husband and I purchased several items within the past 9 months from the Broadway NYC store. We purchased lighting (6 pieces to be exact) and the amazing Rex Tall mirror....and we are not done yet....and let me tell you why. Our experience has been amazing! We were working with Michael Royal to be specific ( but everyone there is very kind and genuine) who went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful in every possible way. As our electrician was at our home installing one of the Rex pendants the canopy was missing. Michael found one in the store storage room and jumped in an Uber to bring it to us, arriving in less than an hour, for the electrician to continue installing the fixture! WHO DOES THAT!?! A caring person who truly wants his customers to be happy, truly. He even brought bulbs and crystals in case we needed extras. There are other examples of Michaels generosity of heart but it will take too long. Shop at this super cool store and you won't be disappointed.Everything is unique and special and the service and attention is top notch.
