We have had our Timothy Oulton sofa for 12 months, it is beautiful to look at and great if you want to lie horizontal, but terribly uncomfortable to sit if you want to read, watch tv etc. The seat cushions are feather filled and almost go flat and have no structure or support. When you sit on the sofa, you start to slump back and slide forward and have to constantly adjust your position. I don't recall the option to have a combination of foam and feather filled cushion when we bought the sofa. Also, the sofa is in three sections, the two end chairs (which are used the most) are starting to sag on the chair base. It doesn't look good. We are really disappointed as we had high expectations and wanted it to be a center piece for our room that we could all enjoy. When guests come round, we have to suggest they sit on the other chairs in the sitting room.

The Timothy Oulton store in SoCo Colection in Costa Mesa, Ca. is an amazing experience! I am in love with their lighting and furniture. William Escobar worked with my husband and I on what would work in our home. He truly made our experience great. I would highly recommend him and this company. I bought 3 white leather bar stools which I purchased through barker and stonehouse in 2021. At the time we took additional insurance out to cover for any accidents. I had noticed that the leather on all 3 bar stools wes getting patchy on the seating area. At first I didn't think anything of it but when the leather started coming off I reported it to the insurance company. The insurance company said it was progressive wear and tear. I HAVE BEEN USING THESE BAR STOOLS ONLY 14 MONTHS and there's only 2 of us what live in the house. The bar stools were a £1000 each which are expensive but I thought I was buying a quality product and you would not expect the leather to wear in such a short time
