I have several pieces from Tim’s collection initially because I love the design but now more so because of the service. Specifically the service from Luke who is a pro thru and thru. I started off with the Tribeca which in my view is the quintessential TO look. Luke was pivotal with correcting a few bumps along the way. The way he handled that problem so gracefully made it easy to get a pair of the Avo chairs next to complete the look. 100% satisfied with the products and the experience. I am a repeat customer not only because I enjoy the aesthetic but because I am confident that with whatever I purchase Luke will see to it that I am happy. Not all high end brands will do this but Tim/Luke will. Customer for life… highly recommended!

When we walk down the kings road we always pop into to Timothy Oulton, Kurt always greets us with a smile and makes us feel at home , he’s never pushy but really helpful .

The salesperson at the store were knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the pieces. Had a couple of issues with the delivery, but these things happen. However the cart bar ordered at the beginning of the summer and delivered in December 27th came with rusted spots on several places. The delivery men said the store was aware and I will be contacted by them - no point or benefit in not accepting it. Since , I have emailed at least three times to which the reply was ‘someone from Operations will contact you’. However, I have not gotten a call back or any other response. Totally unacceptable for a pricey item (made in China- but that only means a larger margin for them). It is now April and no response. I bought a new piece, not one that had been laying somewhere with exposure to humidity or some other elements. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a coffee table when meeting Chloe who suggested some beautiful side tables which I gave some thought to and ultimately decided they would work. I then went into the store and met up with Marcos who was incredibly helpful and we ordered the side tables and also a coffee table. Both members of staff were delightful to work with and I would recommend this store to all my friends - thank you Marcos and Chloe!

Alexa & the team at the Orange County location are the best! Bought my first ever Timothy Oulton piece from William. He is the reason I am a Timothy Oulton customer for life. Every visit to this location has been memorable and a great experience. Recently I stopped in, and the service exceeded expectations. Alexa Jorgenson was excellent! She was very professional & great to work with. Thankful they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I am so happy with the newest addition to my Timothy Oulton collection! You can tell the people working at this location love what they do, and it’s why I would recommend this store to anyone looking for something special for their home.

Such a great experience and a simply beautiful store - if only we could buy everything in it! Kurt was most helpful and patient and we looked at all the options and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will be back!
