In my 30+ years as a professional interior designer I have never experienced a company of the excellent caliber as Timothy Oulton! I work exclusively with Luke Dixon out of the Los Angeles showroom. Luke has gone above and beyond and cares deeply about our projects. He is a gifted designer and his level of integrity is rare. We have worked together for over 5 years always a positive experience !

Worked with Luke Dixon , he came to the house and picked some key pieces , the drama of TO enlivens our property, we keep building with other TO pieces and other designers recently adding a a table to piece - Luke is a knowledgable designer and you should ask for him in the LA showroom! Very responsive !

I had looked online for dining chairs and thought I’d go into store to check comfort. Kurt, who has helped me previously was there and as always was knowledgeable and friendly . The customer service is the best I’ve experienced and the products are fantastic. Left with a bag of black jacks! It’s the little things that they do so well.

She delivered first class service and went above and beyond for us. Her experience was evident as all of her advice and suggestions were perfectly suited for our needs. A warm welcome whenever you enter the store. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgable staff- nothing is too much trouble. It’s always a great conversation- and the range of furniture and accessories is original and fascinating. A chance visit to the New York store was just as welcoming and professional. Having spent a couple of hours at Timothy Oulton in Tottenham Court Road I felt I had to leave a review. Wow sums it up! Fjolla Buja the young lady who assisted us was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. What she didn’t know about any of their products probably wasn’t worth knowing. The furniture is contemporary to whacky. Definitely worth a visit and ask for Fjolla to make the experience even better.

Rock star cool ambiance with lovely and friendly staff to enlighten you on the art and nostalgia in this unique furniture and art collection. I was intrigued by the space ship and how elegant it was but moved by the owner’s meticulous work and love for his craft! Please check it out in the heart of SoCo!
