These proverbs may be trite, but for me it has guided me to find “one -of-a-kind” pieces of furniture and interiors design in the Timothy Oulton store in Culver City to decorate my new LA abode. I first came in three months ago on a Saturday, bought Calcite Pendant lights I had purchased for my townhouse. I was greeted warmly by Sales Associate Luke D (Luke)and he was very kind and understanding! Recently, I have purchased a new home and my in store shopping experience at the Timothy Oulton Culver City store, my “go-to”place for home furnishings with Luke is an excellent experience! I have a healthy obsession with Timothy Oulton furniture that is not traditionally pieces. There are so many things I want to take home with me. I want that one, and I want that one, XYZs.( Smiles) Luke knows his stuff and showed me all my options and helped me with my choices, and goes beyond to answer all my questions and understand concerns for my comfort. Shopping at Timothy Oulton was a terrific experience. The product choices were very unique and they stood out as something you would not find elsewhere. The sales experience was fantastic. I worked with Jenessa Gonzalez. She was a real pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, fully engaged in understanding what I was looking for, friendly, and was very patient when working with me. There was absolutely no pressure at all, which allowed me to make a decision that I was very comfortable with. After moving homes I made a decision to add one more dining chair and she was more than happy to help me with that single item purchase. The entire experience was great and one that I would recommend to my friends.

Not only are the showrooms jaw dropping, head turning, and breathtaking, they’re also unique, creative, and just outright badass. Equally as memorable are the staff that work there. Through your journey you will genuinely be given a 5 star experience and feel like one of the family. We had the genuine pleasure of working with Luke Dixon (Los Angeles) for two homes. He immediately understood our goals, style and vibe, but more impressive was his ability to combine my vision with my husband’s vision with grace, joy, and perfection. I would build a hundred more houses to work with Luke- that’s how awesome he is. With the many houses I’ve designed, I’ve never had an experience like this, nor one that has even come close.

My shopping experience with Timothy Oulton is very present. I am surprised by how much I like this WHITE sofa which is placed in my new home. When I decided to buy it, but the production lead time was past my new home admission date. Fortunately, Oscar and Edith at Timothy Oulton Store in Hong Kong were very helpful and reconciled for the best production lead time. They were giving me a very warmth and generous consideration for making the arrival of my new sofa. Whenever my friends come to my place, they love my sofa so much!
