Timothy Oulton is my favorite furniture designer, and my experience at this store was phenomenal. We were immediately greeted by Jenessa, who was so knowledgeable about the brand and its history. She immediately made us feel at home, and gave us a whole walkthrough the of the store, which was so fun. Whenever my family and I are in the area, we make sure to stop by and look around, because there truly is no other store like this one. From the overall ambiance to the employees, I highly recommend this store if you're shopping for furniture, or even for smaller accents or decor.

Very personal treatment. I had unusual request involving product line that was already being terminated. Yet the crew in London did everything they could to unearth what I needed in the other stores - and then it was delivered exactly as expected. And then shipped to me across half of Europe. Splendid! The hospitality during each visit was perfect and leaves no room for complaints. All is perfect, including glass of champagne :)
