I don't imagine that these reviews make one jot of difference to anything. Anyway my order came quickly, in perfect condition. The price was verycompetitive.

Great help from initial phone enquiry, to say to use web site, next day delivery and the cheapest I could find the Ady Professional 2 Mag Filter for on the internet and local merchants. Good customer service as it used to be years ago. I will be using these guys again.

Sadly a less than favourable experience. Ordering a motorized valve was easy, the money taken and next, nothing. Calling the company twice to chase the order up revealed "none in stock" and order cancelled by Plumbarena. Two issues, 1. the refund took 3 days. 2. The calls I made chasing the order are 0845 and the 2 calls cost me £6.10 Not a happy experience.

Great price and quick turn around. An excellent all round service from the time of placing my order to receiving the items.
