Plumb Arena cannot be beaten on both price and service. The engineer who services my oil boiler told me he cannot buy products at trade prices anywhere near as cheap as Plumb Arena ! Add this to the excellent delivery service, and this is Plumb Arena, Brilliant !!!

This was my first experience with Plumb Arena and the staff were helpful, very willing to go out of their way to please. This is so often not the case anymore. Being in the business we are very selective about who we use for delivery of plumbing supplies/ parts. We normally need deliveries to be with us before midday the next day. In our experience a lot of websites use courier companies who promise morning deliveries but fail to deliver. Andy provided some technical advice before the order including sending a specific manufacturer pdf. We ordered in the afternoon for next day delivery before 12pm. The order was received before 10am. If they can deliver this experience on a consistent basis we will keep re-ordering.

On-line information and ordering was excellent and easy. Next day delivery was better than expected. What more do you need from a supplier?
