Great service with good value , more than adequate communication all through the process of placing the order to taking delivery.

Tried to contact sales office by email, telephone left messages, asked for return call all to no avail. Even tried one of the directors by email and telephone and all messages were totally ignored. All this to return a faulty radiator controller, value about £50.00. Will not use them again.

I bought a boiler online, it was delivered within the timescales specified in the email that they sent to me.

We ordered a boiler that was due to be delivered on Friday last week. We had a customer waiting with no heating or hot water. We called to chase the estimated delivery time to be told that it wasn't going to be delivered as it had been damaged in transit! I wonder how late in the day we were going to be contacted (if at all!) to say that the boiler wasn't going to be delivered! Plumb Arena wanted to reorder us a boiler which wouldn't arrive until 4 days later! Instead of this we requested a refund and bought a boiler from another supplier. As we paid through PayPal Plumb Arena refunded back to our paypal account - however as we had paid and then had the refund so quickly this is being investigated by paypal so we haven't actually received our refund yet, and are unlikely to do so for another couple of days! In the meantime we have bought a boiler from another supplier and fitted it for our customer. This was the first time we had ordered anything from plumb arena and we won't be ordering again, the customer service is shocking!!!
