Easily found the boiler part I needed, called up to see if it was in stock (no on-line stock check capability) and spoke to one of their operatives who was knowledgeable and polite. Within a few seconds he had confirmed the part I needed was in stock and that if I ordered today (Sat) it would be delivered on Tuesday morning. Next day delivery of Worcester Bosch condensate pump. Found wrong pump discharge adaptor in box ( Probably originators fault). Correct adaptor sent and received the next day. That's good servicw
