This company is a Joke I ordered flooring and have paid just over £500 and they said that it would take up to 4-6 weeks until it could be fitted it has now been 7 weeks and no answer to any of my messages or calls I just want my money back from them!!

I’m extremely angry and disappointed…

I’m extremely angry and disappointed with this company My pay weekly, I ordered two sofas in March and paid my pre delivery deposit, I’ve still not received my goods and yet they have still been taking my money every week. I’ve now paid £720 😡 I have contacted my bank and they are trying to do a charge back from this company , I’ve also put a complaint in with the consumer ombudsman. I just want my money back now and this is causing a lot of stress.

So…points to make. 1) Anyone who HAS NOT received goods should not be charged a cancellation fee as per their own terms and conditions found in clause 8.2. 2) Contact your bank. Explain the circumstances. They can help with stopping the payments from leaving your account through the continuous payment authority. They can also raise the amount you’ve paid as a dispute. You haven’t received the goods or services that you have paid for. You may well have the funds back before Christmas. 3)Evidence. Take screenshots or photos of any and all messages, emails and time spent on phone calls. 4) Contact your mobile phone company to explain the circumstances with Mypayweekly to see if they can remove any charges that would be applicable to any phone calls you’ve made to Mypayweekly. 5) Contact the consumer ombudsman and also trading standards. 6) Keep leaving reviews on here and anywhere else so that others won’t make the same mistake that we have. I genuinely hope that you all either get your money back for Christmas. The fact that these vultures have allowed for payments to still be taken when they know they can’t provide the goods is just low. They are SCUM in my eyes.

I’ve currently paid £430 so far and still no sign of my sofa being delivered I’ve tried calling you but when it get’s to about 2 hour’s you cut me off and don’t answer even on the day’s you’re supposed to be available so i can talk about when you’re going to deliver my sofa as it’s been a while now you’re also ignoring all my messages on Facebook Messenger & you’re deleting my comments as well as everyone else’s comments on your Facebook post’s which I’ve noticed and you haven’t updated us in a while now as well. If you’re reading this i either want a full refund or i want my sofa delivered please as you’re starting to stress me out and i don’t want to lose any money. Also is it true that you’re going into administration that I’ve heard?

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company ! My friend who's a single mum has paid nearly £300 pound tried to speak to them to get the carpets fitted of money bank and no one will speak to her been on hold for 5 hours all in put the phone bill up by atleast 70 pound ... no one will return any level of contact..... Absolutely disgusting ... so if some on would like to contact me to resolve this that would be great .. but if no contact is made I will make sure she takes this further as this has caused her mental health to decline rapidly!

Same boat as everyone else this is shocking! How they can get away with this is ridiculous and downright theft. UPDATE I contacted my bank and im getting most of money back ive pd out ive also cancelled any future payments !

absolutely shocking company if I could…

absolutely shocking company if I could give them no stars I would, I totally get that like everyone else they are struggling in the pandemic but come on they are just appalling! weeks and weeks I have was contacting them about my delivery no reply. i finally got in contact to be told they had no dates and could be up to 12 weeks so I asked to cancel and for my refund well this was the first week in October! since then I have spent hundreds on calls to them on hold an hour and they cut me off. tried again on my mobile and after 2 hours 43 minutes being apparently caller one I gave up. I have sent over 60 messages on facebook no reply! sent emails no reply something is happening with this company i am not the first either just check their facebook posts and now they won't let people comment on posts? I have been advised by my bank to open a case with trading standards and online ombudsman they owe me nearly £500 I have to wait to see the outcome of my claims my pay weekly are obviously ignoring me

Absolutely disgusting the amount of times I've tried to get in contact with this joke of a company. Got told my carpet and blinds would be delayed by 4-6 weeks on the day they were meant to be getting fitted, 8 weeks later and still no contact from them. Sit on the phone for hours on end trying to get through to then be cut off!! When I finally get through I will be cancelling and getting a refund as I'm now left without a carpet in my bedroom for Xmas absolutely shocking. If no one gets in contact with me I'll be taking it further!!

terrible service!

terrible service!! Spend hours on end trying to get threw to someone by phone.. hours were talking! Emails that get sent over get ignored. Messenger chats get ignored 3 days later no reply. Im waiting for a 140 pound refund to go into my bank iv waited over 1month.it has been over the 30day slot that they give you and yet still no money is in!! I want my refund or ill be taking this further. Absolutely discusting.

Disgusted at the customer service

Disgusted at the customer service. I have been trying to get through to someone for 3 days now. Gotten through once and the agent told me it would take a few days to process with my bank. Called my bank they said that’s not true and to ask for proof that my pay weekly have issued my refund. So I called once again after hours of being on hold and I got a rude agent that kept talking over the top of me, refused to give proof of refund and then hung up on me. Have been on hold since 8:30 this morning and never gotten through once, keeps cutting out. I’ve called, emailed a complaint, messaged on Facebook. I just want my money back, they said 30 days for a refund this has now been 30 days plus one week.
