Ive used this company for a couple of years now with no issues until recently. Cannot get in touch with them and I have paid hundreds of pounds towards products from them. I doubt I will be receiving them by the looks of things. Has anyone been refunded.

The company is a joke they currently owe me £650 which was ment to have been refunded (I have waited over 30days) tried everything to get into contact with them without any joy. I was on hold for 2hrs and was cut off when I was 1st in the que. I would imagine they are ignoring the phones. I will be reporting them to trading standards how are allowed to get away with this it's shocking

Well it's been 32 days and no sign of my refund. Charlene, the employee who replies to emails has went AWOL after telling lies! Company needs closed down as that is deception and theft knowing that they can't deliver products and issue refunds. Legal action has been taken and I hope they get their just deserts! They (my pay weekly) keep asking for more information regarding this review. I gave Full name, reference number and phone number. Gave it all each time and they never contact me. UPDATE 15/11/2021 I figured out the scam when you place a call. It doesn't matter what time of day you call or queue position. I was 22nd other day and took 2 hours to hang up on me after automated voice saying 1 minute remaining when at queue position number 1.Just note your time you gave been in a call, divide it by the 2 hours and if it matches up then call won't be answered. Today I called at 08:30am and 3rd in queue. It takes between 30 - 33 minutes between positions to make up the 2 hours. Now sitting at position number 1 and been in queue for 1 hour and 22 minutes. Will update if I get through or cut off again. Will check if theory is correct and update. *** UPDATE ON CALL *** WAS IN QUEUE POSITION NUMBER 1 AND GOT CUT OFF AT 1 HOUR AND 59 MINUTES SO THEORY IS CORRECT *** FROM THE CONTRACT *** 8.2 Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do . Can someone contact me with regard to what’s happening ? I still have outstanding invoices for fittings I done and my security bond that paid when I started working for you , would appreciate if someone will confirm that the company is indeed finished as it looks that way giving most of the directors have resigned at companies house and most of the staff have left and phone numbers all seem to be cut off I have sent several messages and emails about this and would appreciate a reply The lack of communication is quite poor and this has nothing to do with stock shortages like is being put on Facebook Craig

Just tried to get through on the phone after being ignored for 2 weeks. I have emailed, phoned and sent messenger requests to no avail. I have just been in a queue for almost 2 hours to get to 1st in the queue and then at 1 hour and 59 minutes, a recorded voice saying you have 1 minute remaining. Thought great I'm finally going to get an answer and I got cut off at 2 hours!!! I have already spoken to citizens advice, (who are reporting them to trading standards) and Rip off Britain so I guess I will just see how this plays out. If you want to make a complaint go to Citizens Advice Consumer Service and select use an online form then Any other consumer issue. Sorry links are not allowed in trust pilot reviews :(
What rubbish Company
What rubbish Company, for weeks been trying to get hold of someone, I think am phoning a room with just a phone inside and on one to answer it. It's disgusting wish I never bothered. Stating to feel the are going bust and not saying anything. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAMBLES.

Hallway carpet
I was supposed to have my hallway carpet fitted on the 10/09/2021..this never happened finally got hold of my pay weekly to be told there is stock problems and that we are on a spreadsheet,i have tried calling all.this week and so has my partner and we get down to caller 1 from 31 to have an automated message saying 1 minute remaining then after a minute it cuts you off I was holding on the phone for nearly 2 hrs..this is a joke I would like to no when my carpet is going to be fitted as all I have is concrete and a autistic son...or I would like my money back I really can't afford to be loosing that sort of money...I didn't even want to give a star I am livid

Yet again no contact, after correspondence with you previously regarding getting my own money back that you’re withholding now for absolutely no reason. I worked with the company for over 2 years, and deserve a bit more than the way you’re treating me. I’m gonna give it until the end of the week, if no contact to arrange my money I’ll be taking it further and releasing information you guys won’t want.
