If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Paid £500 for a sofa, trying unsuccessfully to get through to the company. Ignoring emails and messages and there is always a queue of 25+ and I gave up after an hour. Want a full refund now. Avoid at all costs

This is my second review

This is my second review. Asked for my call to be listened into as i was told on the phone fitting would be around 2 weeks, i rang up at the 2 week mark and she said no you wasnt told 2 weeks u was told around 6 weeks,no call back to say call was listened into so mase well of been called a liar! Discusting service 0STAR

Can’t get in touch with the company…

Can’t get in touch with the company paid well over what I had to to have installment and the fact no one is getting back is frustrating. Would like a full refund as my account is nearly at £1000 and no one seems to be answering what I’m contacting them on so I can go else where

having to go to the proper authorities…

having to go to the proper authorities today as they have only paid me 40 pound of my money back when I have paid 160 already, absolutely disgusted with this company waiting nearly a month for a refund then they only give me 40 quid back, I'm fuming and will be reporting them the proper authorities today

This is getting beyond a joke!!

I’ve been trying to contact you since around the end of July!! In august I got a message saying my bed was out of stock and will be delivered as soon as! Then got sorry we’ve got a shortage of drivers! We’re now nearly in November still no bed! But yous are still taking money out my account?? I either want my bed or a refund as I’ve paid £400/£500 now it’s beyond a joke is this!

Bad service

I had accidentally chosen the wrong company not my normal payweekly but they have a guy called Lee who didn't even add us to his diary the first time we spoke then called him to book 29th October 10-11pm as we had other appointments to go to as both of us are disabled and have to structure our days off when I messaged him today to confirm 10-11 he said it would now be 11.30-12 when I asked why this was he replied just leave it then not good CS and he lost company a sale and now lack of confidence in them
