If there was a zero star this company would get it..been on hold for two hours at a time..no sofa delivered so got my money back from my bank and now this dam scam company are trying to say they have been in touch with which THEY HAVENT..was on hold for two hours and still nobody answered not an email or a letter from them SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS and now have me blocked on messenger on fb..its ok iv spoken to a lawyer today and action fraud

I can not get through to the company I ring for over an hour and no one answers! I have paid my deposit and remaining fitting money so that my flooring can be fitted and no one is answering the phone theres no other way for me to contact you guys I am starting to think I’m getting ripped off! I ve waited since January to have a fitting Iam fully paid up. They say they are having supply issues which was fine crap happens. I then decide on a refund to be told it’s been refunded by them and it would be a couple off days. They also took £60 to cancel even though they don’t actually have the goods. I’ve paid them a lot of money over the years and trusted them. There seems to be a bigger picture going on here and we will be last to know. Iam waiting until Friday as I was told a couple of days for refund which hasn’t happened, if the money isn’t in my bank Iam going to the bank and doing a chargeback. This means the bank will pay all the money and deal with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Started plan in March , paid up enough to get delivery on July. Told I would receive contact within 4-6 weeks for delivery date. Surprise surprise no contact and it’s now almost the end of October!! Having phoned on numerous occasions and no hope of delivery any time soon i then said I wanted a refund, only to be told it takes 30 days. Having read some responses I can see they say the refund leaves them immediately and it’s up to my bank how long it takes. Well spoken to my bank to be told that’s not the case. Not only have they kept £60 of my money for cancelling I now have to wait 30 days to get my money back. Disgusting !!!! This company preys on the financially vulnerable I have gone to trading standards I won’t let this rest its a disgusting way to treat people 😡 UPDATE Received a refund back from a company today which was refunded 2 days after urs however still not received anything from my pay weekly 🤔total scammers. Have spoken to my bank who laughed at what you said about tue refund. GET MY MONEY BACK IM MY ACCOUNT TODAY OR I FULLY INTEND ON TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU CLOWNS

I have had an account with these for since around the start of 2020, I actually had to stop paying due to personal problems that have gone on till now. I emailed the general customer service team and spoke to a lovely lady called Charlene! She actually refunded me the money I had paid as I hadn’t had any carpet fitted etc. She was also very lovely and understanding in regards to my situation and even gave me an extra £5 for a glass of wine after what I’ve been through! Can’t fault them at all! My partner being w HGV driver I know the struggles they are having right now and know that this is not usually the case with this company as they are absolutely amazing! Not worthy of even 1 star...had carpet fitted by this company who promised everything and delivered nothing..small landing, stairs, living room and passage way..the fitter would do nothing to help us OAPS,in our 70's move 2 sofas around..not 1 room fitted properly, crap cutting, cut short and covered over with extra door treads.?.yes 2 treads in 1 doorway...raised door tread on top of stairs..perfect trip hazard..stapled down in few places..corner of carpet missing...stretched so much on stairs the underlay is visible..screws on door treads raised..again sharp and dangerous, can feel spikes from carpet grippers through the carpet...frayed around edges... Overall a complete and utter shambles... Do not fall for the bull this company tells you.. They have 1 chance to rectify at their expense or the trading standards are going to be involved.. Bunch of highwaymen and cowboys
Unable to contact
Myself and partner have been attempting to contact this company via telephone for weeks. We have been caller number 1 on several occasions but the system cuts off after 2 hours. I have downloaded the app but the chat function does not appear to be working. We have both emailed and not received any reply within the timescale (3 working days). Our acct will be paid in full next month (£800) and I'm worried they will continue to take funds from our bank as its not a direct debit that can be cancelled. We have received no contact from this company at all. I understand there are issues with stock etc but this is an appaling way to treat your customers. If there are issues, you need to be contacting everyone and advising people what the options are. I would really appreciate if someone from.this company cane make contact to discuss. Michael Doherty

I wish I could give zero stars to this company. Steer clear. I've reported them to trading standards and the ombudsman as a result of their DISGUSTING customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere trust me

I got two text messages so say that today my was installation date, I haven't heard anything else. Today I have sat in the house waiting for them to be fitted. Took all my blinds down following there instructions. To have noone turn up, not a text message or a phone call.
